I came to see Rupinder after having tried a lot of alternative treatments with both physios and chiropractors, almost having given up that I would ever feel pain free again Within the first 30 minutes consultation he had managed to not only put my mind at ease with his refreshing frank and direct style , but also worked out what was going on and also also provide treatment that helped ease my pain instantly I’m not cured by any means but for the first time in a long time I now can see light at the end of the tunnel and have found someone that not only understands my pain and symptoms but is also effective at solving them ! I would recommend anyone to give this clinic a try

  Rupinder is great, makes you feel at ease especially when its your first visit to an osteopath. He's a straight talker but makes your back feel straighter too. Felt a difference right after the first appointment as the tightness across my back was gone (my 'heavy head' felt lighter too!). Looking forward to my next session!

  I had such high expectations of my visit here based on the reviews but left feeling disappointed. Having suffered with a chronic back and hip issue for 4 years and having sustained another injury 3 months ago I was told that my ongoing pain was probably ‘psychological’ and that I needed to have ‘more confidence in my body’. I was told that there there was nothing really wrong and whilst this is in some way true I do have a biomechanical issue with some anterior pelvic tilt that we didn’t even get to in my diagnosis. After conveying that I sprained my sacrum 4 years ago I was that it wasn’t a sprain. Not sure how, based on my one sentence explanation, he would possibly know this!! He seemed quick to jump to a diagnosis and conclusions and just didn’t seem to understand my issue. The manipulations did release my neck a bit but I still have ongoing tension and muscle knots so not sure how effective the treatment was. I also think that the use of the massage device should have been explained first. I’m not afraid of manipulations or direct approach but just didn’t appreciate The tone which came across as a bit arrogant. There was no understanding or perhaps belief of the pain and restriction that I have had to deal with for 4 years. I obviously didn’t fit into a neat and certain diagnosis - so would not return. Probably good for most for certain types of conditions, but you can’t always rely on the reviews 100%.

  Went to South Oxhey Osteopaths with a lower back, work related pain which I'd been suffering with for around 6 months .I've been very pleased with my progress and im now pain free and able to get back to working without discomfort through the day .Great service I highly recommend

  I asked if I could do a review, only because I've been using the skills of an osteopath for the past 20 years or more. In that time, you come across people who are good and some who are not so good. Then you come across the exceptional. Hence the 5 Stars.

  I was very skeptical about osteopaths, but now I'm the most grateful and happy person . It helped me tremendously with my back problems. Besides that I like him as a person, very kind and understandable .I can't wait to go back .I highly recommend.
