I was very skeptical about osteopaths, but now I'm the most grateful and happy person . It helped me tremendously with my back problems. Besides that I like him as a person, very kind and understandable .I can't wait to go back .I highly recommend.

  I called for an emergency appointment as I believed I had a trapped nerve and was in severe pain, and was very lucky to get a slot. I am so delighted that for the first time in years, I understand my lower back pain and that Rupinder was able to help immediately. Rupinder talked me through each step and although it hurt, the relief was immediate and carried through so I slept for the first night in a week without pain. I would highly recommend his professional approach and knowledge to anyone with a chronic back issue.

  Honestly I couldn’t recommend enough! I have had a sore shoulder for about 6 years and I am now pain free! Nothing about the practice was painful and I instantly felt a lightless in my neck. Highly recommend

  I went with a C6 bulging disc with very little movement in my neck. After my first session I had full movement again. 8 weeks on I have no pain at all, my neck feels as good as new.

  Ive suffered with a bad back for many years and have seen many osteopaths and never really had great results. I can honestly say Rupinder is A straight to the point kind of guy. No messing around I told Rupinder the issues I was having with my back and I honestly felt a difference after 1 session!. By the second session my pain was gone.
