Judith is awesome and has helped me massively to not only achieve my goals of staying injury free but also to educate me better on taking care of my body for the future. She is very empathetic and you can tell she really takes time to understand me as an individual and what I should be doing. Judith has seen me on and off for around 2 years now .
I have an injured shoulder due to lots of manual work
She is fantastic and knows exactly where to manipulate to ease and exterminate the pain.
Never pushy about follow up appointments only have them if they’re needed.

Having attended with numbness in my arms and neck and shoulder pain- the treatment was amazing. I could’ve cried as I left the first appointment as it all felt so much better. Should’ve come along sooner - but definitely recommend Rupinder- no frills- gets on with it- and it works!
