About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Haddenham Osteopaths website at haddenham-osteopath.co.uk (the website). The website is run by Haddenham Osteopaths, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06852942) with its registered office at 26 Station Road, Watford, England, WD17 1JU (we, us, our). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes, such as finding out about our services, contacting us and booking an appointment. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or other harmful code, or copying content in bulk for another website.
We do our best to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.
Medical information
The information on this website is general and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Every person is different, and results vary from patient to patient. Please do not rely on the website to decide whether you need care.
If you are unsure about a symptom, please speak to a registered healthcare professional. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department. For urgent advice that is not an emergency, you can call NHS 111.
Our osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular outcome.
Appointments
You can book an appointment through our online booking system, by phone or by email. Bookings are managed using Cliniko, and we will confirm your appointment by email or text message. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we can complete your health history form.
Our osteopaths may decide that treatment is not suitable, or that you should see another healthcare professional first. In that case we will explain why and, where appropriate, refer you on.
Fees and payment
Our current fees are shown on the Pricing page of the website and may change from time to time. The fee that applies is the one shown when you book, unless we tell you otherwise before your appointment. Payment is due at the end of each appointment.
Cancellations and missed appointments
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by phone, email or through your Cliniko booking confirmation. If you cancel with less notice, or do not attend, the full appointment fee may be charged. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will consider each case fairly.
If we need to cancel or move your appointment, we will contact you as early as we can and offer an alternative time.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view it and print a copy for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by your reliance on general information on the website, or for losses caused by interruptions to the website or by viruses or technical problems outside our control. Our clinical care is provided under separate professional standards and insurance.
Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as our booking system, Google Maps and Google Reviews. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
